Description
We’re proud to present LoadLogicOS™, a cutting-edge dynamic charging management controller software stack that’s self-hosted.
This software is designed to operate independently on a dedicated server or within a virtual machine environment, supporting up to 3 charging points. With optional license expansion, it can flexibly scale up to 500 charging points.
LoadLogicOS™ is engineered to integrate flawlessly with the FleetCharger Pro™, FleetCharger™, and StrataCharger™, as well as various OCPP-enabled third-party EV charging stations. It’s built for continuous operation, 24/7.
Experience the power of Dynamic Load Management (DLM) with LoadLogicOS™.
Our mission at Dusk Energy is to simplify, accelerate, and make Electric Vehicle (EV) charging more cost-effective. We’ve developed a software system that addresses the needs of both EV drivers and charging service providers. Our innovative DLM offers intelligent charging controls and seamless integration into any existing or new building automation system.
LoadLogicOS™ DLM enables more EVs to be charged simultaneously in less time, while efficiently using available power and balancing the load among the EV chargers. This software also manages load usage, eliminating the need for costly installation upgrades. Users can monitor their energy consumption, independent of the vehicle manufacturer.
Dynamic Load Management (DLM) by Dusk Energy allows you to optimise energy usage to meet power demands without overloading the grid.
Advantages
Safeguard the local grid by limiting the total charging load – prevent overloading even when multiple chargers are in use simultaneously.
Cut costs for upgrading electricity infrastructure by sharing the charging load. • Empower end customers to monitor and control chargers.
Details
Set a static current value at the incoming feed for the charging park. Available charging currents are determined by the existing subdistribution circuits.
No additional measuring devices are needed when using charging stations with integrated measuring equipment.
The Load Management Controller communicates with the charging stations via a local network infrastructure.
Each charging station requires one network connection (Modbus, Ethernet or WiFi), plus an additional connection for the controller (Ethernet/WiFi/4G).
The load management configuration must be individually adapted to local conditions. Our proposed solution includes the controller hardware and basic software. The management system is custom-designed as per client instructions, with final costs based on approved designs.
An internet connection is required for remote maintenance or diagnostics, which can optionally be achieved via a mobile radio router.
The customer is responsible for the installation and configuration of meters, network, and charging stations.
Are you a tech enthusiast who loves to tinker at home? So are we!
That’s why we’ve incorporated the capability to make a broad range of OCPP-enabled EV charging stations aware of solar power and onsite battery storage.
This feature, primarily designed for home use, allows you to charge your EVs using surplus solar energy or onsite battery storage, rather than exporting it to the grid. Plus, it offers the capability to monitor home energy consumption from various endpoints.
Looking for smart home integration? We’ve got you covered! We’ve developed an integration with Home Assistant for a seamless smart home experience. Enjoy the future of home charging with LoadLogicOS™.
